Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide analyses and recommendations supporting operational profitability and expense/capital management. You will partner with eComm and Supply Chain, building forecasts, budgets, and robust reporting with KPI-driven insights.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of financial analysis experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and knowledge of Workday Financials a plus. Onsite 3 days/week (Tue-Thu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–6 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with eComm & Supply Chain to provide financial insights.
• Develop and maintain expense forecasting models and reports.
• Analyze monthly closing variances with Accounting.
• Lead budget analyses and prepare analytics for budget requests.
• Create executive level reporting and KPI-driven insights.
• Build business cases for capital investments (EBITDA, IRR, cash flow).
• Identify expense savings opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by senior FP&A leadership.
