Job summary

Belk is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide analysis and recommendations supporting profitability, expense and capital management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with eCommerce and Supply Chain, delivering actionable financial analytics and business case support.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, detailed analytics, and executive-level reporting, with on-site work 3 days per week (Tue–Thu) in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of financial analysis experience, FP&A preferred.
• Retail/consumer industry experience a plus.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner for Supply Chain & eComm.
• Develop and maintain expense forecasting models and reports.
• Collaborate with partners to assess financial state, risks and opportunities.
• Explain variances and provide actionable insights to leadership.
