Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Forensic Case Manager in Center City Philadelphia with a hybrid office/community schedule. You will interview adults, enter data into the forensic database, and pursue funding for participants while handling about 32 evaluations monthly under a temporary contract.

Requirements include a Bachelor or Associate degree in related fields and at least one year of case management experience; experience with addictions is preferred. Office: [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, sociology, or counseling.
• 1 year experience as case manager
• Ability to engage with adults dealing with addictions
• Some experience working in addictions field

Responsibilities

• Conduct face to face interviews with adults
• Apply for funding for each participant
• Enter accurate data into Forensic services database
• Complete 32 evaluations per month
• Other duties as assigned
