Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Case Evaluator in Center City, Philadelphia, to provide bilingual English/Spanish services for adults in need of behavioral health support. The role involves conducting face-to-face interviews, applying for funding for participants, and entering data into the Forensic services database.

You will complete about 32 evaluations per month and collaborate with a network of community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, sociology, political science.
• 1 year experience as case manager.
• Ability to engage with adults dealing with addictions.
• Some experience working in addictions field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face to face interviews with adults
• Apply for funding for each participant
• Enter accurate data into Forensic services database
• Complete 32 evaluations per month
• Other duties as assigned
