Job summary

TopLine Insurance Agency in Tampa, FL is seeking a Property & Casualty Sales Agent to advise clients on insurance options and build a robust client base. You will work with our marketing resources and personal networking to generate new business while maintaining strong relationships.

The role requires Florida 2-20/20-44 license, 2+ years P&C experience, and solid communication skills. We offer a competitive compensation package and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license required.
• 2+ years experience in the Florida Property & Casualty insurance market.
• Proven sales experience with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM and other business software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
