Job summary

One Infinity Mortgage is seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Fort Myers team in a hybrid, full-time role. We offer a $50k annual draw, monthly commissions, and a 401(k) with a strong benefits package, plus a platform that backs you with back-office support.

You’ll take loan applications from preapproval to closing, lock rates with wholesale lenders, gather documents, and cultivate relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners across Southwest Florida.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Loan Originator license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of residential mortgage origination experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage a self-sourced book of business.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangement and meeting clients in Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities

• Take loan applications from preapproval to closing.
• Lock rates with wholesale lenders and keep clients informed.
• Collect and review documents to ensure completeness for the lender.
• Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders and partners.
• Host seminars and events to engage first-time homebuyers.
