Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales or related experience.
• Active NMLS registration is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate mortgage loan documents for buyer, property, and loan conditions.
• Market the mortgage lending program to real estate professionals and clients.
• Evaluate loan acceptability on secondary mortgage markets.
• Cross-sell other credit union services.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, Bank policies and complete required training.
• Stay informed of current trends in mortgage lending and market factors.
