Job summary

Servicon is seeking a floor technician to perform floor care cleaning, window cleaning, and general janitorial duties in client facilities. You will help maintain site cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness while providing quality workmanship and timely service.

Candidate should have 1+ year of floor technician experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Hybrid work may apply depending on client site.

Qualifications

• 1+ year floor technician experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Extensive floor care product knowledge.
• Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT).
• Experience with carpet cleaning (shampooing, extracting, bonneting).
• Ability to perform window cleaning and power washing.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all client and Servicon Safety programs; wear PPE when performing work.
• Perform floor care tasks including stripping/refinishing hard floors, carpet care, and operating floor care equipment.
• Follow Servicon floor care procedures and processes.
• Inspect areas to ensure compliance with site procedures and SOW.
• Ensure supplies are stocked; equipment is clean and functioning; report malfunctions.
• Track inventory/equipment and provide feedback to management.
