ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases using our trusted methods. You’ll handle daily floor care, carpet upkeep, and hard floor restoration across various surfaces, with support from a collaborative team.

No prior floor-tech experience is required—we provide training and ongoing development. A strong work ethic, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a team-first mindset help you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we'll train you.
• A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing and vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing and buffing.
• Team support: moving furniture and managing supplies.
