The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fleet or asset management, strong Excel skills, and experience with Holman Fleet Management or Fleetio. This hybrid position offers in-office collaboration one day per week at headquarters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fleet management or asset management.
• Familiarity with Holman Fleet Management, Fleetio, and other fleet programs.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Track record of providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset database for 3,000+ vehicles and equipment across 350+ locations.
• Oversee annual vehicle registrations and renewals with 3rd party vendor.
• Administer vehicle maintenance programs via FMIS.
• Lead onboarding of fleet RM software and promote best practices.
• Serve as primary resource for field associates on fleet inquiries.
• Execute projects to improve asset visibility and value.
• Participate in long/short-term asset planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine vehicle specs.
• Support due diligence for new acquisitions and capital ordering.
