Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or trading support.

FINRA License S7 and S63 within 180 days required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure timely settlement of all fixed income trades.
Verify trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with clients and back office.
Track and resolve failed trades; notify clients of good fails and delivery issues.
Open and maintain client accounts in internal systems and Bloomberg; follow up on documentation.
Assist sales team with bids, offers, and orders via phone or Bloomberg.
Process client requests for letters, reports, and investment documentation.
Coordinate travel and complete expense reports for sales team.
Monitor commissions and assist with reporting.
Respond to client inquiries and provide requested materials such as confirmations and prospectuses.
Enter trades into Bloomberg and internal systems.
