Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Advisor for our FINPRO/Architect, Engineer & Contractor Professional Liability practice in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and focuses on delivering risk expertise and advisory services to complex clients.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, lead renewal and placement strategies, and collaborate with underwriters to tailor innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience; Architect & Engineer experience preferred.
• Financial and Professional liability experience a must.
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain.
• Bachelors' degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large or complex client accounts and coordinate with team to develop market strategy.
• Maintain understanding of clients' business priorities and risk strategies to advise effectively.
• Review exposures and loss experience to tailor solutions for complex clients.
• Lead renewal/placement strategies and collaborate with Placement and Client Executives to drive outcomes.
• Present to prospective clients, identify new product needs, and help win new business.
• Manage client deliverables and ensure quality of materials delivered to clients.
