Job summary

Marsh USA LLC is seeking a Client Advisor based in Dallas, TX, with a hybrid work option. You will consult with clients on insurance needs, lead large projects, and collaborate with senior brokers to deliver tailored renewal and placement strategies.

Expect to build deep client relationships and provide bespoke risk management solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of multinational property insurance experience, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in the multinational commercial property insurance space in the position offered, or a related position.
• Five (5) years of experience with claims or advising on property insurance strategies for Fortune 500 companies and multinational risk portfolios.
• Providing technical and commercial guidance on property insurance terms, conditions, limits, risk engineering recommendations, and pricing negotiations.
• Travel: 10% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated sites.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on insurance service requirements, needs, and carriers, advising on Marsh broking products and market conditions.
• Lead large-scale projects and coach team members on complex problems.
• Serve as lead advisory colleague on medium-sized or moderately complex accounts.
• Collaborate with senior brokers and internal teams to meet client insurance needs and market demands.
• Develop bespoke insurance renewal and placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives.
• Build and maintain client relationships as primary contact for complex needs, including presentations to prospective clients.
