Job summary

Marsh is seeking a risk advisory professional to support construction/wrap-up accounts in a hybrid role across US offices. You will be the primary day-to-day contact, manage accounts, and coordinate with insurers and internal teams to deliver tailored risk solutions and cross-sell services.

You will bring 3+ years in insurance, a bachelor’s degree, and a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). The base salary ranges from $92,500 to $197,100 with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including construction/wrap-up.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients’ priorities and management needs.
• Review client exposures and loss experience to develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in client presentations and propose solutions to attract new clients and projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Coordinate with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with Risk Practices on business placement and interactions with insurers.
• Monitor service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
