Job summary

Marsh is seeking a client-focused advisor to support lead advisory colleagues on construction and wrap-up books, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including experience in construction/wrap-up.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact, building strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects.
• Review client exposures and loss experience to develop tailored solutions for standard client needs.
• Maintain high-quality client deliverables and monitor service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
