Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team in a hybrid work environment. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with account-related requests, and educate clients on financial products, while pursuing sales opportunities and maintaining high ethical standards.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, have at least 2 years in customer-facing roles, and possess the SIE certification.

Qualifications

• Passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending best solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantages and cross-sell products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Field inbound inquiries on account-related requests (money movement, updates, and trade requests).
• Follow processes, manage time efficiently, and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain high personal integrity and comply with Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues.
