Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support clients in Alpharetta, GA. You’ll field inbound inquiries, assist with account-related requests and trades, and participate in ongoing education to enhance product knowledge.

The role emphasizes helping clients, identifying opportunities for additional products, and maintaining a high level of integrity in line with Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years working in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer inquiries to assist with account-related requests such as money movement, account updates, and trade requests.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding account-related items.
• Participate in continuing education and development.
