Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience from Big 4 or a combination of Big 4 and tech with focus on technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Workiva are a must.
• Working knowledge of Workday Financials, Alteryx and Salesforce is a plus.
• CPA license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SEC reporting cycle and assist with statutory financial statement preparation and audit coordination with external auditors.
• Own key operating metrics and KPI analysis, including constant currency calculations for management and external reporting.
• Serve as SME in complex topics like revenue recognition, capitalized software, M&A and financial statement presentation.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex accounting projects and provide leadership.
• Analyze technical accounting transactions, prepare memos, and document journal entries.
• Potential to oversee equity accounting and stock-based compensation for accuracy and compliance.
• Review new accounting pronouncements and implement potential changes.
• Build relationships with teams and provide guidance on complex accounting topics.
• Contribute to special projects with accounting memos and technical positions.
