Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience from Big 4 or equivalent with focus on technical accounting.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting cycle and coordinate statutory statements with external auditors.
• Oversee technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition and capitalized software.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and document white papers and journal entries.
• Present findings to senior management and maintain accounting positions.
• Possibly oversee equity accounting and stock-based compensation.
• Review new accounting pronouncements and implement standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and timeliness.
