Job summary

DTCC is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Senior Accountant to join its global finance team. The role focuses on preparing and analyzing financial statements under US GAAP (and IFRS where applicable), regulatory filings, and supporting external audits.

You will collaborate with senior staff to ensure accuracy, integrity of the general ledger, and timely reporting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial reporting or accounting, CPA or path to CPA, and experience with Oracle, FCCS,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing
• CPA (or on track) preferred
• US GAAP knowledge with IFRS familiarity
• Experience with Oracle, FCCS, Workiva/Blackline and MS Office (Excel/Power BI)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file consolidated or stand-alone financial statements under US GAAP [and IFRS]
• Prepare regulatory capital calculations
• Compile presentations and reports for senior management and Board
• Review debt agreements, OM disclosures, and financing documentation for reporting
• Ensure integrity of accounting records via monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
• Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory compliance
• Oversee general ledger accuracy and completeness
• Identify and implement continuous improvement for processes and controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants
