Job summary

DTCC is seeking a dedicated professional for our Enterprise Services division in a hybrid role based in the US. You will support asset servicing operations, tax reconciliation, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and controls reconciliation of tax adjustments to the collected funds and updates tax tables.
• Ensures tax funds are remitted to the IRS according to the IRS-imposed schedule.
• Prepares and reconciles 1042-S and 1042 forms and provides the 1042 for filing.
• Manages the process of 2439 reporting and W-9 compliance.
• Executes operational processes by following documented procedures and job aids; suggests improvements to processes and efficiency.
• Takes ownership of workload; ensures deliverables are met within procedures, metrics, and timeframes.
• Maintains a steadfast focus on client service, responding to inquiries timely and resolving issues promptly.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and risk reduction.
• Demonstrates effective communication; engages in meetings and is eager to learn and apply feedback.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities and escalates appropriately.
