Job summary

Cerbo, a healthcare technology platform, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst in Atlanta for a hybrid role. You will translate operational activity into financial insights and partner with Finance leadership to improve forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

You'll drive process improvements, build financial models, and support AI-enabled workflows across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business ops, FP&A, or revenue operations.
• Ability to translate operational data into clear insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Experience documenting SOPs and improving processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support margin improvement and cost analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Build recurring and ad hoc operational and financial reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with scenario analyses.
• Manage small projects and ad hoc analyses as priorities shift.
• Help design AI-enabled processes and automate reporting.
• Coordinate platform administration and data integrity across systems.
• Monitor quota attainment and SLA metrics for compensation planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Support to align goals.
• Maintain data flows between Jira, Zendesk, CRM, and reporting tools.
