Job summary

CRH Americas Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Americas Finance team. You will manage monthly actuals and forecasts, deliver high-quality reporting, and support the leadership with data-driven insights to drive decisions.

The role emphasizes data analytics, board materials, and continuous improvement. The position will focus on consolidating planning data, preparing executive presentations, and collaborating with finance teams across entities, with a hybrid work schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with large databases and multi-source data.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and present financial data clearly.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monthly actuals, forecast reporting, variance explanations and insights.
• Develop materials for executive and board meetings and investor relations.
• Gather macro data and synthesize for internal use.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Data analytics and dashboard reporting; maintenance.
• Consolidate five-year plan projections and annual budget.
• Collaborate with finance teams across entities.
• CAPEX reporting and capital management support.
• Adhoc analysis and other duties as requested.
