• Analyze NCFS and IHRPS reports to oversee and prepare invoices for ~30 contracts.
• Reconcile NC Budget to Actual BD701 and ensure delinquent funds are collected.
• Perform salary reserve research and payroll reconciliations between NCFS and IHRPS.
• Handling sales tax entries and preparing journal vouchers in NCFS.
• Review budget appropriations and cost centers for PA/OM actions submitted by HR.
• Create NCFS reports for departmental staff on a weekly basis.
