TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a financial services client in Shoreview, MN. You will handle high-volume calls, resolve account-related concerns, and provide updates to customers while documenting interactions accurately.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer-facing experience in financial services, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. This is a hybrid role with a training period and weekday hours.

• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding account-related matters
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and escalated concerns
• Update account information and document customer interactions accurately
• Gather necessary information to support case resolution
• Review customer situations and determine next steps
• Process corrective account actions when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage multiple cases while meeting quality and productivity expectations
