Allied American USA is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across the organization and its subsidiaries. You will provide strategic financial guidance, support executive leadership, and maintain integrity of financial processes for adjusters, managers, clients, and divisions.

The role reports to the President and collaborates with HR/Compliance leadership, with a hybrid work model and periodic travel to Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger and payroll reconciliation.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Lead revenue recognition across multiple business lines.
