Job summary

Xebia is growing its Finance team in Wroclaw, seeking a Financial Controller to join and report to the Head of Financial Controlling. You’ll own profitability analyses for service lines, manage budgeting, and shape the company’s reporting environment.

You will build reporting models in Excel and BI tools, support month-end close with the Accounting team, monitor KPIs, and help optimize working capital while ensuring data accuracy and timely insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial controlling or FP&A.
• Experience in services/project controlling in IT/consulting.
• Advanced MS Excel; KPI reporting; BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Develop reporting models and dashboards in Excel and BI tools.
• Coordinate with Accounting during month-end close.
• Define and standardize reporting metrics for region/group.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for senior management.
