Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in client service environment.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist advisor in servicing clients and processing trades as directed.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings; schedule, enter data, and create agendas.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork and insurance applications are complete and signed.
• Coordinate marketing events; manage compliance documentation and reimbursements.
• Provide general admin duties: answer phones, process expense reports, prepare client correspondence, and maintain client files.
