Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings; schedule, enter data, and provide follow-up.
• Prepare new business paperwork, obtain signatures, and track applications.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative duties and support for office operations.
