Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Financial BI Technical Consultant in Chicago. You will help design and implement financial reporting and analytics, aligning BI strategy with core KPIs to improve timeliness and accuracy of data-driven decisions.

The role partners with Finance and Actuarial to enhance reporting processes, reduce risk, and increase automation. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote, with compensation between $84,400 and $152,300.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BI tools, relational databases, and data governance.
• Experience in PM, strategy development, change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implementation of financial and management reporting portfolios.
• Oversee BI strategy alignment with KPI framework for insights into financial ops.
• Ensure metrics are defined, calculated, and accessible; identify automation opportunities.
