Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Financial BI Consultant to design and implement reporting and analytics portfolios that drive strategic and operational decision making. You will partner with finance and actuarial teams, own data governance and KPI standardization, and lead opportunities to automate reporting.

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools and systems, and relational database technology.
• Project Management, strategy development, change management and process improvement experience.
• Reporting and data governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and implementation of financial and management reporting and analytics portfolios.
• Oversee alignment of business intelligence strategy and framework, including KPIs and business drivers.
• Identify opportunities for enhanced reporting automation.
• Partner with finance and actuarial teams to improve reporting efficiency and timeliness.
