Job summary

GBH in Brighton, MA is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Technology and Facilities. You will partner with the Accounting, Legal, and Purchasing teams to manage contracts, vendor relationships, and financial controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or finance and 2–4 years of related experience. A strong understanding of nonprofit financials and Workday is preferred, with a hybrid work schedule supporting onsite and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant finance, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or Office Connect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage driver-based budgets and forecasts for Technology and Facilities.
• Oversee financial reporting for key stakeholders to track progress.
• Serve as primary advisor to leadership on financial decisions.
• Partner with Accounting on books, records, and funder reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal on tenant agreements and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on requisitions, invoices, and vendor management.
• Maintain inventory and software asset management with IT.
• Ensure compliance with GBH policies and drive process improvements.
