Job summary

GBH is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for Technology and Facilities. You will partner with leaders to drive fiscal performance, manage contracts, and support GBH-wide finance projects.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Purchasing and IT to ensure accurate books, vendor contracts, and efficient processes while maintaining GBH policy compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in finance, accounting, operations, or analytical roles.
• Experience with Workday and/or Office Connect is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage driver-based budgets and forecasts for Technology and Facilities.
• Oversee financial reporting for key stakeholders and ensure commitments are met.
• Advise Technology and Facilities leadership on financial decisions.
