Job summary

Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce seeks a Financial Analyst to support provider reimbursement, reconciliations, and financial reporting within the Finance Department. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and month-end close while maintaining accurate financial records and internal controls.

The role requires experience in accounting/finance, strong Excel and data management skills, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least two years in accounting/finance or reimbursement roles.
• Experience with reconciliations, transaction processing, and financial recordkeeping preferred.
• Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting, audits, or month-end close preferred.
• Nonprofit experience preferred, especially health or community-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider reimbursement processing from documentation through reconciliation and reporting.
• Reconcile provider reimbursement revenues and expenses and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate reimbursement records and process financial transactions in the system.
• Prepare and maintain reimbursement, financial, and operational reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting by monitoring activity and variances.
