Kelly Services in Red Oak, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid role on a 3-month W2 contract. The analyst will support the plant controller with manufacturing finance reporting, cost analysis, and data-driven explanations of operational drivers.

Responsibilities include delivering WIP and inventory reports, creating AOC analyses, spotting cost anomalies, and collaborating across teams to automate recurring reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or plant finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and BI reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufacturing finance reports, including WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance and PPV.
• Prepare the Analysis of Change (AOC) to explain period-over-period movements in plant performance and identify key cost drivers.
• Flag cost anomalies, trends, and data errors early with next steps for the Controller and Operations leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with neighboring teams while simplifying and automating recurring reporting workflows.
