Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field; or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience may be required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with budget management and expense tracking practices.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & forecasting: Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and spending plans under guidance of financial operations leadership.
• Financial analysis & reporting: Perform financial analyses and provide regular financial reports showing department health.
• Compliance & transaction oversight: Review purchasing, payroll, and travel transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Customer service & collaboration: Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned departments and stakeholders; participate in meetings to stay current on policies.
