Elite Technical seeks a Financial Analyst with Healthcare Payor or Federal Healthcare expertise for a hybrid role in the Baltimore, MD area. This contract-to-permanent opportunity entails analyzing financial data, preparing reports and models, and presenting recommendations to leaders.

Collaboration with project managers and auditors is expected to ensure accurate financial results. Required Bachelor’s in Finance with 3+ years of financial analysis, or 7+ years without a degree.

Formación

• BS degree in Finance or similar field with 3+ years of financial analysis experience (7 years without degree).
• Expertise in budget analysis, corporate allocations, variance resolutions, financial extraction.
• Must come from Healthcare Payor industry; BCBS desirable; Federal Healthcare acceptable.
• Familiar with GAAP and federal regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data; prepare reports, models, and presentations.
• Prepare accounting and financial reports; verify data to produce results.
• Investigate account reconciliations to improve controls over ledgers.
• Provide insights for decision making and respond to inquiries from management and auditors.
