This hybrid role in Towson, MD requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of health analytics experience; Master’s preferred. You will collaborate with clinical and financial teams, identify trends, and deliver dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in health administration, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience with large data sets, healthcare data and claims analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance using claims data and analytics tools.
• Design reports, dashboards, and scorecards for population health activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
