Job summary

ISG is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Stamford, CT with approximately 5 years of experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You will collaborate with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, executive reporting, and maintaining financial models. You will work with executives and leaders to translate data into actionable insights and ensure data

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience with financial systems (NetSuite a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive board members and senior executives, lead weekly business and financial review meetings, influence discussions, and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in FP&A.
• This position requires commuting 4 days per week to our corporate headquarters located in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs
• Assist with management decks and executive-level reporting
• Maintain and improve financial models for revenue, expenses, and headcount
• Partner with business leaders to understand drivers and assumptions
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and spreadsheets
