Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Financial Analyst to help leaders understand results, plan ahead, and connect financial performance with operational activity. The role partners with multiple business groups to translate data into actionable recommendations and support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing reporting.

You will investigate variances, explain trends, and balance recurring deliverables with new analytical requests in a changing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial performance reports.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and translating accounting concepts to P&L statements.
• Experience communicating across functions and explaining financial information to business partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple business groups to understand financial results and forecast goals.
• Support budgeting and forecast updates by gathering inputs and maintaining projections.
• Create and maintain financial models and analyses for business scenarios.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain drivers behind differences.
• Prepare timely financial reporting and track financial and operational metrics.
• Develop materials for business reviews highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and understand accounting impacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting clarity and efficiency.
