Spire Inc. seeks a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for the executive group. You will help develop dashboards, metrics, and schedules and act as the finance representative on cross-functional strategic projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven analyses, collaboration with leaders, and delivering insights that influence corporate growth and efficiency. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance is required, with MBA preferred and 1+ years of planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 1+ years in planning, financial or budget analysis roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data-driven with reporting experience.
• Experience with Oracle/OBIEE/Hyperion reporting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present monthly expense and capital reports to leaders.
• Forecasting to keep spend variances in check and align with expectations.
• Support monthly business reviews, strategic direction meetings, and board presentations.
• Develop and evaluate key performance metrics and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Assist in evaluating and prioritizing projects for corporate growth.
