Job summary

Spire Inc. is seeking an Analyst I in Financial Planning & Analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and executive-level decision making. You will help develop dashboards, metrics, and schedules, serving as the finance representative on cross-functional strategic projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and presenting results to business unit leaders. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 1+ years of planning experience are required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar business discipline.
MBA preferred; 1+ years of planning or analytical experience.
Experience with Oracle/OBIEE/Hyperion reporting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for corporate reporting departments.
Prepare and present monthly expense and capital reports to leadership.
Manage corporate forecasting to align spend with future expectations.
Support monthly business reviews and strategic direction meetings.
Assist in developing presentations for the Executive Council and Board.
Help develop and evaluate key performance metrics and objectives.
