Job summary

Arrivia, Inc is seeking a Financial Analyst in Scottsdale on a hybrid schedule (onsite Mon-Thu, with WFH Fri). You will partner with business leaders to connect financial performance with operations, and support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing reporting.

Reporting to the Director, Business Analysis, you will translate variances into actionable insights and balance competing requests while collaborating with Accounting and various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a finance function.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial performance reports.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and translating accounting concepts to a P&L.
• Experience communicating financial information across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple business groups in understanding financial results and budgeting/forecast goals.
• Gather inputs and maintain projections for budgeting and forecast updates.
• Create and maintain models and analyses to evaluate business scenarios.
• Compare actual results with budgets/forecasts and explain drivers.
• Prepare timely financial reporting and track metrics.
• Develop materials for regular business-partner reviews.
• Collaborate with accounting to support accurate financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting clarity and efficiency.
