You will work with SAP, Excel and Power BI to build dashboards, conduct forecasting, and deliver timely reporting. Collaborative leadership across teams and a focus on accuracy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 4+ years in corporate finance or accounting.
• ERP systems experience, SAP preferred.
• Expert-level Excel and Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Lead reporting enhancements for the US region using Power BI.
• Forecast income statement, balance sheet and cash flow; prepare management reports and variance analysis.
• Submit monthly balance sheet reviews and reporting packages to the group finance team in Switzerland.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance on budgets, forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage competing deadlines with ownership and accountability.
