Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; substitution possible for related experience
• One year of professional level experience in financial aid, admissions, advising or scholarships with focus on customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, virtual, phone, and email financial aid advising to students and families
• Review verification documents and process financial aid appeals; track incomplete files
• Deliver outreach and presentations aligning with departmental goals
• Participate in training to stay current with financial aid regulations and systems
• Support College of Nursing and other stakeholders with routine inquiries and coordinated follow ups
