TIAA is seeking a Financial Consultant to provide in-person and virtual counseling to participants, prospects, and beneficiaries on the full range of TIAA products and services. Hybrid flex position requiring regional travel to client institutions, with potential 25% travel outside territory.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in financial advisory or counseling.
• Licensing in financial services preferred or required within 120 days of start.
• Strong understanding of retirement plans and investment products.

Aufgaben

• Counsels participants on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities and investment options.
• Educates and facilitates purchases of funds, IRAs, 529/403(b), life insurance and other products.
• Interacts with retirement plan participants to provide outstanding service and process requests.
• Applies tax and investment knowledge to tailor financial guidance to client goals.
• Collaborates with internal teams to implement TIAA products and services.
