Job summary

Ecowize North America is seeking a Financial Accountant to maintain GL integrity, lead month-end close, and manage payroll and expenses. You will report to the Corporate Controller and safeguard financial data across regions.

The role balances hands-on accounting with process improvements, supporting audits, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and HR. GAAP knowledge and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with GAAP knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and tax reconciliations; manage corporate credit cards.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and tax filings across regions.
• Assist with audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and site leadership to improve processes.
