Job summary

DePaul Community Resources seeks a Finance Supervisor for Agency Directed Services. The role oversees billing, AR, caregiver payments, EVV compliance, and timekeeping across Roanoke, Christiansburg, and Lynchburg offices.

This position requires strong supervisory skills, regulatory understanding, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, ADS, and partner providers. The work is hybrid with some travel to the Roanoke office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred education in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare finance, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, timekeeping, or related operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid, EVV, and Agency Directed Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support finance staff performing Agency Directed functions.
• Establish priorities, workflows, deadlines, and performance expectations.
• Monitor staff productivity, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare reports for leadership and recommend operational improvements.
• Oversee Agency Directed billing processes and ensure timely claim submission.
• Oversee accounts receivable and patient pay functions, including collections and reconciliations.
• Ensure caregiver payment processes are accurate and compliant with EVV records.
