Job summary

DePaul Community Resources seeks a Finance Supervisor for Agency Directed Services to oversee billing, AR, caregiver payments, EVV, and timekeeping across Roanoke, Christiansburg, and Lynchburg offices. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal controls within a collaborative finance team.

This is a hybrid position with remote work options and required in-office time, plus occasional travel to the Roanoke office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare finance, billing, accounts receivable, payroll/timekeeping, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finance staff performing Agency Directed functions.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure timely claim submission.
• Manage accounts receivable, patient pay, and collections activities.
• Oversee caregiver payments, EVV and timekeeping to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
• Assist with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.
