This role leads the Finance Shared Services team, standardizes processes, develops KPIs, and partners with audit and cross-functional groups to drive efficiency, cost savings, and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years progressive experience in a dynamic Accounting/Finance environment.
• 5+ years successful supervisory experience and 5+ years accounting software, advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance Shared Services daily operations.
• Supervise and develop employees and manage workload balance.
• Maintain configurations of ERP system and ensure efficient processing.
• Lead payroll processing and month-end activities.
